• All tattoo services are provided by licensed, professional tattoo artists.

   

• Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required at the time of appointment.

   

• Port City Tattoo Co reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.

   

3. Appointment Policies

• Walk-ins are welcome during regular business hours; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.

   

• Appointments must be scheduled in person at the studio. We do not schedule appointments online.

   

• For guest artists, rescheduling is generally not available due to their limited time and availability.

   

• Additional scheduling information is available at the studio. 

4. Health and Safety

• We follow strict hygiene and sterilization practices, including the use of sterile, single-use equipment.

   

• Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to their appointment.

   

• Port City Tattoo Co is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or sensitivities.

   

5. Aftercare

• Aftercare instructions will be provided at the time of your tattoo appointment.

   

• It is the client’s responsibility to follow all aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing.

   

• Port City Tattoo Co is not liable for complications resulting from improper aftercare.

   

6. Payments and Refunds

• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash payments only.

   

• All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for completed services or deposits.

• All tattoo artwork created by Port City Tattoo Co’s artists remains the property of the respective artist and/or Port City Tattoo Co.
